Troy brings an eclectic background that is well-suited for the solar PV industry, with specific expertise in finance and project development. Prior to TLS Capital, Troy managed the project finance department of a national EPC and spent time at a private equity firm focused on a variety of distressed real estate acquisitions. In addition, Troy worked at Deloitte and Touche where he focused his efforts on companies in the financial services, real estate and utility industries. Troy earned degrees in Accounting and Business Finance from
George Fox University and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School. Troy has developed over 350MW of projects in Oregon and Illinois, with over 200MW built or currently under construction.
