What We Do
Community solar
Community solar allows residential and commercial customers to enjoy the benefits of solar energy without installing panels on their own property. Landowners lease land to GreenKey Solar to build a solar farm which the rest of the community can then subscribe to. That’s revenue for the landowner and lower energy bills for all who participate.
Utility-scale development
We work with landowners and strategic partners to bring projects from the “GreenField” (zero solar infrastructure) stage to fully operational and revenue-producing systems. This includes due diligence, relationship building with utilities and capital partners, project management, and asset management. These sites typically range from 10 to 60 acres.
