Prior to joining GreenKey, Joe was employed in private practice and counseled a variety of clients on land use and real estate matters. At GreenKey, he oversees contract negotiation, permitting, title, and drives projects to financial close. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, magna cum laude.
